I recently found this on the Dog Lovers Group Philippines Facebook page. I think it is worth reposting because it shows that Tanuan City is encouraging Responsible Pet Ownership among its residents. In exchange for the minimal fee of just P30 pesos, the dog owner will receive a Certificate of Dog Registration, Dog Tag for his pet and a free shot of anti-rabies.
Hopefully, all other cities will follow suit to ensure both the safety of humans and dogs alike.
